Comscope

A new solution for evaluation and training for face to face interviews

  • Comscope is a register system which links speech recognition, video capture and algorithms analysis
  • In a training session, in a managerial or commercial role-play, Comscope registers and measures without any bias and objectively the know-how and social skills used in a face to face situation.
  • The participants are immediately aware of their skills level.
  • The keys to an effective interview are also revealed and taken to be worked on
  • Adapted training is made in which, good practices and coaching approach, join to speed up the increase in collaborators skills.  

Several variables are analysed by Comscope:

  • Listening and speaking time,
  • Time and synchronization of eye-contact,
  • Quality of questions, of listening and reformulation, of argumentation
